What maintenance is a resident responsible for?

The resident is required to keep the property in neat and clean condition and to perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs and other items not requiring a skilled craftsman.

Is pest control a tenant charge?

Tenants are requested to try treatment first, if still unsuccessful it will be submitted to the owner for approval.

What do I do if I lock my keys in my house?

Tenants will pay the amount of $40 for someone to go unlock the property.

What charges are tenants responsible for?

Light bulbs, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector batteries, clogged/slow drains, furnace filters, lost or broken garage remotes, clogged garbage disposals (due to excess food or non-food items), anything related to pet damage, any damage as a result of a break in or vandalism, broken windows.

What Are The Office Hours?

8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

What Are My Total Move-In Costs?

  • An application fee of $50 for each applicant
  • First month’s rent and security deposit
  • Any pet fees if applicable
  • Any pro-rated or utility charge due (if any)

How do I leave a review?

We offer 6 months and 12 months 

For 6 months it’s 10% higher than the 12 months

How many residents can live in a home?

Two persons maximum per bedroom

Is any of the security deposit for my rental property refundable?

Yes. We want the rental property to look like it did, or better (one can dream), than when you moved in. This is someone’s home. While you are there, it is your home. We want you to be proud to live in one of our rental properties. We give all residents a checklist and guide of what to do upon move-out to maximize your chances of getting 100% of your security deposit back.
